REKSA DANA POOL ADVISTA KAPITAL OPTIMAL  (hereinafter referred to as “POOL ADVISTA KAPITAL OPTIMAL”)

is an Mutual Fund in the form of a Collective Investment Contract based on Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market and its implementing regulations.
POOL ADVISTA KAPITAL OPTIMAL aims to provide optimal investment returns through investment in equity securities which still have considerable potential to grow in the long term and can invest in debt securities and money market instruments in the event that conditions are corrected while taking into account the provisions of investment policy. .
POOL ADVISTA KAPITAL OPTIMAL will invest with an investment portfolio composition of a minimum of 80% (eighty percent) of the Net Asset Value and a maximum of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Net Asset Value of Equity Securities that have been sold in Public Offerings and/or traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; a minimum of 0% (zero percent) of the Net Asset Value and a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of the Net Asset Value of Debt Securities issued by The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and/or Indonesian legal entities that have been sold in a Public Offering and/or traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that has received a rating from a securities rating company registered with the OJK and is included in the investment grade category and a minimum of 0% (zero percent) of the Net Asset Value and a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of the Net Asset Value of domestic money market instruments and/or time deposits; in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
