In accordance with the Code of Conduct, the definition of a conflict of interest is a condition in which a person, because of his position or authority in the company, has personal, group or family interests that can affect the implementation of tasks and objective decision making.

Identification of Conflict of Interest

  1. A situation that causes PAAM Personnel to receive and give gratification in the form of money, gifts/souvenirs, travel tickets and/or hotel accommodation, entertainment and other facilities for a decision or position that benefits the giver.
  2. 2Situations that cause the use of position assets that allow users to abuse their authority for personal or group interests.
  3. Situations that cause confidential information of positions or the Company to be used for personal or group interests.
  4. The situation of concurrent positions in several companies either has a direct or indirect relationship, so that it can lead to the use of one position for the benefit of other positions.
  5. Situations that give special access to PAAM Personnel or certain parties not to follow the procedures and provisions that should be applied.
  6. Situations that cause the supervision process to be inconsistent with procedures due to the influence and expectations of the supervised party.
  7. Situations that allow to provide more information or deviate from those determined by the Company and provide privileges and opportunities for prospective providers of goods/services to win in the process of Procurement of Goods/Services in the Company.
  8. Situations where there is affiliation/family relationship between PAAM Personnel and other parties.
  9. Situations that allow PAAM Personnel to carry out personal or group activities or businesses related to company business/activities.
