A Brief History

Pool Advista Asset Management (Pool Advista AM) was established on July 17, 2009 in Jakarta under the name Kharisma Asset Management. Effectively changed its name to Pool Advista Asset Management based on deed no. 6 dated 28 November 2017 and Decree No. AHU-0025132.AH.01.02 dated November 29, 2017 after being acquired by PT. Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk. Pool Advista Asset Management has a license as Investment Manager No. Kep-01/BL/MI/2009 by Bapepam-LK (now the Financial Services Authority/OJK) on 24 September 2009.

For more than 7 years, we have grown rapidly and with a high commitment we always strive to provide professional public fund management services and are able to provide investment solutions that suit customer needs.

Pool Advista Asset Management has Human Resources with good quality, and has a long experience in the field of managing customer funds in Mutual Fund products.

COMMISSIONER

Has experience in Capital Market for more than 25 years and started his career as Corporate Finance Officer at PT Pentasena Arthasentosa from 1996 to 2000. Then worked at PT Kresna Graha Sekurindo Tbk in 2000 and PT E-Capital Securities from 2001-2002 as Corporate Finance Managers. From 2002 to 2007 he served as Director at PT United Asia Securities. From 2007 to February 2009 he served as Director of PT Aim Trust Asset Management in charge of investment, with funds under management of more than Rp 1 (one) trillion. From July 2009 to September 3, 2018, he served as the President Director of PT Pool Advista Aset Manajemen. And currently serves as Commissioner of PT Pool Advista Asset Management. Completed his undergraduate education with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Silliman University, Philippines in 1994 and then continued his post-graduate education with a Master of Business Administration degree from Santo Tomas University, Manila, Philippines in 1995. Has an Investment Manager Representative license from the Capital Market authority based on a Decree Chairman of BAPEPAM No. KEP-18/PM/IP/WMI/2002 dated 22 March 2002

He has a background as a lecturer for more than 6 years at several universities and he started joining PT HD Capital Sekuritas since 2007 as a corporate advisor, especially in terms of business risk management and corporate finance. He completed his Postgraduate education in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School USA in 1990. From July 2009 to September 3, 2018 he served as President Commissioner of PT Pool Advista Aset Manajemen. And currently serves as the President Commissioner as well as the Independent Commissioner of PT. Pool Advista Asset Management.

Obtained a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting at Mercu Buana University, in 2013. Has obtained the Certified Securities Analyst (CSA) certification from the Capital Market Professional Certification Institute (LSP-PM). Started his career in the capital market as Marketing at PT Bank Niaga, Tbk in 2002, and joined PT BNI Sekuritas in 2008 as Sales & Marketing Manager. In 2011 Joined PT BNI Asset Management as Assistant Vice President of Institutional Marketing and from 2012 to April 2018 served as Vice President Head of Institutional Marketing & Channel Distribution at PT BNI Asset Management. Joined PT Pool Advista Asset Management since May 2018 and served as Director and in October 2019 was appointed as President Director. Has obtained an individual license as a Broker-Dealer Representative from the Capital Market authority based on the Decree of the Chairman of BAPEPAM and LK No. KEP-12/BL/WPPE/2011 dated January 10, 2011.

Started his career in the Capital Market as an Equity Dealer at PT Supra Surya Danawan Sekuritas in 1999. In 2000 - 2006 he worked at PT Rifan Financindo Sekuritas and PT Danpac Sekuritas, respectively. Previously worked at PT Asia Kapitalindo Securities, Tbk as Fund Manager. February 2010 – June 2016 responsible for managing the Investment portfolio of PT Kharisma Asset Management and responsible for capital market analysis. Have an Investment Manager Representative license based on the Decree of the Chairman of BAPEPAM & LK No. KEP-20/BL/WMI/2008 dated July 4, 2008. Completed his education at the Faculty of Economics, Darma Persada University, Jakarta in 1997 and Professional Development Program I at the Indonesian Bankers Institute/Indonesian Banking Development Institute (IBI/LPPI) and completed his Postgraduate study in the Postgraduate Masters Program in Economics, Trisakti University, Jakarta. Have Brevet A and B Certificates from the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) 2005.

Obtained a PhD (Doctoral Philosophy) in Islamic Economics, Concentration in Sharia Agreements (Al-Uqud) and Comparison between Indonesian and Malaysian Laws, Universitas Kebangsaan Malaysia (2000). Member of the Academic Drafting Team for the Plan for the Sharia Banking Law in Indonesia, the Sharia Expert Team for Issuing RDPT Syariah Elang Group at Indosurya Asset Management (2015). MEMBER OF SHARIA SUPERVISORY BOARD (DPS)

Obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1996 and Master of Science in Computer Information System from Regis University – Denver, Colorado, United States in 2002 and obtained his Master of Management in Finance and Sharia Business from Paramadina Graduate School in 2013. Experienced as a professional investment manager in the pension fund industry for approximately 10 years. Has Islamic Financial Planning certification by Hijrah Institute and Registered Financial Associate IARFC. Currently he is active as a Sharia Supervisory Board, providing education in the field of Islamic Financial Planning and actively writing in various media. Has obtained a Capital Market Sharia Expert License from the Capital Market Authority based on the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority concerning the Granting of a Capital Market Sharia Expert License to Elsa Febiola Aryanti SE., MSCIS., MM Number KEP-15/D. 04/ASPM-P/2016 dated 9 June 2016.
