ADVISTA POOL ADVISTA POOL SHARIA MUTUAL FUND

ADVISTA POOL ADVISTA KAPITAL SHARIA MUTUAL FUND (hereinafter referred to as “SHARIA ADVISTA KAPITAL POOL”) is an Open-ended Mutual Fund in the form of a Collective Investment Contract based on Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Market and its implementing regulations. The contract, management method, and POOL ADVISTA KAPITAL SYARIAH portfolio in the form of a Collective Investment Contract do not conflict with Sharia Principles in the Capital Market.
POOL ADVISTA KAPITAL SYARIAH aims to obtain long-term investment value growth by investing in equity securities investment instruments and money market instruments that comply with Sharia principles. POOL ADVISTA KAPITAL SYARIAH will invest with the composition of the investment portfolio (i) a minimum of 80% (eighty percent) and a maximum of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Net Asset Value of equity Sharia Securities included in the List of Sharia Securities; and (ii) a minimum of 0% (zero percent) and a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of the Net Asset Value of domestic Islamic money market instruments with maturities of less than 1 (one) year and/or sharia deposits; accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
