REKSA DANA SYARIAH POOL ADVISTA POOL ADVISTA EKUITAS OPTIMA SYARIAH (hereinafter referred to as “POOL ADVISTA EKUITAS OPTIMA SYARIAH”) is an Open-ended Mutual Fund in the form of a Collective Investment Contract based on Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Market and its implementing regulations.
The contract, management method, and portfolio of ADVISTA EKUITAS OPTIMA SYARIAH POOL in the form of a Collective Investment Contract do not conflict with Sharia Principles in the Capital Market.
POOL ADVISTA EKUITAS OPTIMA SYARIAH aims to obtain long-term investment value growth by investing in equity securities investment instruments and being able to invest in money market instruments in accordance with Sharia principles. POOL ADVISTA EKUITAS OPTIMA SYARIAH will invest with an investment portfolio composition of (i) a minimum of 80% (eighty percent) and a maximum of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Net Asset Value of equity Sharia Securities included in the Sharia Securities List; and (ii) a minimum of 0% (zero percent) and a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of the Net Asset Value of domestic Islamic money market instruments with maturities of less than 1 (one) year and/or sharia deposits; accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
