Beware of Fraud in the name of PT. Pool Advista Asset Management

 

In connection with the increasing number of fraud cases currently occurring in the name of figures, companies or certain parties carried out by irresponsible parties via electronic mail, short messages, fake sites, social media or other media, we urge the public to be wiser in receiving information.
The methods used by the perpetrators include profiteering from certain company names, including the names of Directors and/or Commissioners, logos, giving out leaflets, offering cooperation, selling products, or investment activities or by other means with the aim of deceiving and taking advantage of society. Based on this, PT Pool Advista Asset Management, Directors and/or Commissioners of PT Pool Advista Aset Manajemen ("PAAM") appeal to the general public to be CAREFUL and ALERT against all forms of indications or modes of fraud in the name of PAAM.
That if there are activities, transactions, etc. in the name of PAAM, we are expected to immediately confirm it with us via the email account customer.paam@pooladvista.com or telephone number 021-80626300, on working days Monday-Friday, 09.00-17.00 WIB. That PAAM is a mutual fund management company, and we have informed you about the mutual funds we manage via the website https://paam.co.id/.
That PAAM is not responsible for any material or immaterial losses suffered by injured parties in connection with the misuse/profiteering of PAAM's name or identity. We need to emphasize that fraud is a criminal offense that is punishable by a maximum imprisonment of 4 (four) years as in Article 378 of the Criminal Code. That PAAM will take firm action and report parties who have committed fraud in the name of PAAM to the competent authorities.
Thus, this announcement is made to attract the attention of interested parties.
